I gave it a run and got to say that there are some parts of the layout I like and some that I don't like. I like the MH area a lot, had a couple of interestin fights there against bots - though you gotta look into these crates; bots often get stuck behind them.
What I don't like is the RA area - the windows are not clipped and it feels really cramped. Also in general there are some clipping issues, like the floor not being on 1 level in some areas or the holes nelow the statues. Then you should look into cutting off some of the edges of some of your pathways, there are pretty sharp corners in some places. Last thing to say for me is that there are a couple of missing textures. =)

looking interesting. it's border-line quake'ish, and somewhat urban terror'ish feel to it. I like it though.

yeah, that ground texture looks like it's from quake 1 or something. low res.

For me it looks like UT. You should definitely clip those crates, people can get stuck in there and get killed.
